All orders are processed within 2 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7 - 10 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 5- 7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 3 - 5 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s operational efficiency. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery times, as they are subject to external factors such as weather conditions or delays from the shipping provider.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the size of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We also offer free shipping on orders over Rs 1299 within India

Refunds for undeliverable packages will not be issued unless the item is returned in its original condition.
